Prowling the Hood

If you've ever come down to the Factory, then you'll know a little about how "colourful" the neighborhood is. I decide to do a little exploring last night, and let me tell you, there are some seriously crazy people around here. The communinty garden in Strathcona park is so nice and peaceful. Especially at night when I don't have to fear getting picked up by the Bald Eagle, to be carried off and served for dinner. Wandering around the garden I realized how nice it would be to have some greenery on the roof of the Factory. Now I wonder how I can get Landyachtz to comply with my wishes.

Once again the polls have closed. And although there is a clear winner (based on majority), many of you may feel like the results are not truley representetive of the voters. But hey, thats voting in Canada for you... Retro sunglasses for the win!

Fresh new urethane?

... what the heck is urethane anyways? Apparently this, is a pile of urethane.

I found this on Ryan's computer, while snooping about last night. These Monsters and Mini Monsters are a new formula, in new colours. Don't they look absorbent.

Never trust a dog...

... to do a cats job. He forgot the batteries for the Gopro I lent him, so there will be no insider footage of The Attack of Danger Bay this year. However it turns out these humans are much weaker minded then I ever would have imagined. They went and had t-shirts made with the name of my blog here on them. I can't wait to get them onto some more complicated tasks.

In regards to the poll I put up last week. The Pilsner motif option was the clear winner with 45%. Neat Eh?

Does your Mummy have Bamboo inside?

Because the ones headed out of the factory now do. Is the world ready for bamboo inside? So far, 2009 has brought a new shape and construction for the Mummy ... but what else is in store?

The Polls have closed and the people have spoken. Pilsner colours for the win!!! Check back on Tuesday to vote in an entirely new poll. Now go outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Put your sticky little fingers in these...

Apparently the Landyaundice was an issue. Peoples hands were turning yellow when they're gloves got wet. I wouldn't know, not needing slide gloves, or enjoying the rain very much (wet fur sucks). The latest batch of gloves do however seem to be dye free. I bet lots of people will enjoy customizing these.

Poisonous Pumpkins?

With the factory only being open 9-5, I've been able to do lots of snooping about. The crew here has some interesting things up their sleeve for this year. They seem to have injected some snake venom into these Pumpkin bushings they use in all of their Bear trucks. I hope it doesn't have too much rebound, cause I ate three yesterday.

No rest for this Kitty.

The crew here at the factory were busy killing hills and shredding the gnar all weekend. While they were distracted, I took the van in for a check up. She's in great shape, and will roll smoothly to and from the Sunshine Coast this coming weekend. Attack of Danger Bay Eight promises to be epic, and even though I'll be here at the factory all weekend, the Dog has agreed to do some filming for me while on the coast.

Thats not my litter box

But it seems that Tom has left some prototypes lying around. Could these be the new urethane formula everyone's been talking about? They feel stickier, if that's even possible.

Gaining Intel

I'm going to be letting the cat outta the bag as offten as possible (pardon the pun). Giving you the lowdown on whats going on here at the factory.

Momentum is starting to build, as Attack of Danger Bay quickly approches. Registration for Jakes Rash started Monday at Noon, and has filled faster then I ever would have expected. This downhill skateboarding thing sure is getting popular.
