Green Pastures : Landscape

The crew of nine skateboarders plus the six videographers were really beginning to hit our stride at this point of the trip. We were figuring out each others riding styles in and out of the van and really starting to work well and connect with the film makers. It wasn't always easy, but there was never a dull moment, and in every good road trip a little bit of conflict is inevitable. Skateboarders typically posses strong personalities, it comes with the territory, when you throw nine of us in a confined space for an extended period of time with 400 warm Czech tall boys and a handful of European Vice magazines, hi jinx abound, feathers get ruffled and lifelong friendships are forged. Working on the Greener Pastures mission was one of the greatest skate adventures of my life to date. The opportunity to experience different cultures and push my personal limits on incredible mountain roads with like minded individuals is something that only a handful of lucky people ever get to do. I am forever indebted to Landyachtz skateboards and everybody who has ever helped to grow the downhill skateboarding community through participating in this perfect mode of transportation, thrill seeking and expression.
Thank you for watching! - Kyle Martin
