He is one of the many that work here. He busts his butt everyday so that your gear will ship on time. His hands are very strong and he gives the best kitty rub downs around. In fact I wish he lived at the factory so he could pet me all the time. He's the resident tech support guru.... so if you have a problem... Yo, he'll solve it.
