The road to the perfect topmount...

... was paved with many different shapes and features.

1. The Frosted Malt Spoon: wedged nose, wheel wells, and tons of taper.
2. The Grease Yacht: wedged/flush nose, wheel wells, swallow tail.
3. The Ankle Biter: Rocker, beveled edge.
4. The Old Man: Too much carbon, Rocker, gas peddles and a cane-like handle for limping home.
5. The Pro Hawk: Rocker, the right amount of carbon, and a B.A. shape.
6. The Wolfshark foam core: variable wheelbase, rocker, gas peddles, foam core.

These boards are some of the team riders top-mounts from the past 3 years. The Wolfshark is the conclusion.
